In addition to thorough cleanings per CDC guidelines:
Contactless service: self check-in and self check-out, unique door codes for property and guestroom access.
Each room has its own independent HVAC unit.
We are not servicing/entering guestrooms during stays.
We are a small business and appreciate you letting us know as soon as you might need to adjust your booking.
If the booking is cancelled fewer than 7 days before 4pm check-in day then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled fewer than 2 days before 4pm check-in day then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Please note:
Different cancellation policies may apply when reservation was made via a 3rd party booking service (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.). Those bookings must be cancelled through the applicable provider, and cannot be cancelled through us.
For group bookings (of more than 3 rooms) different policies may apply. Please check with us directly.
Our standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am.
We offer early check-in and late check-out for a fee.
Please note that we are a small property and our cleaning team is working extra hard these days — thanks for your patience.
We do not allow pets but are happy to refer you to reputable and friendly pet boarding facilities in the area.
Luxury linens, including sheets and towels, are included in each room. Full kitchens include cooking essentials and plateware. Don’t worry — we’ve made sure each room has wine glasses and corkscrew!
Please bring your own toiletries.
