In addition to thorough cleanings per CDC guidelines:

Contactless service: self check-in and self check-out, unique door codes for property and guestroom access.

Each room has its own independent HVAC unit.

We are not servicing/entering guestrooms during stays.

What are your cancellation policies?2023-03-17T15:32:19+00:00

We understand plans change! You may cancel up to 14 days in advance of your stay for a full refund. Miss that window? No problem, we’ll give you a future travel credit for the amount paid if cancelled more than 72 hours from check in.

No refunds or credits will be issued within 72 hours of check in.

Please note:

Different cancellation policies may apply when reservation was made via a 3rd party booking service (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.). Those bookings must be cancelled through the applicable provider and cannot be cancelled through us.

Our standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am.

We offer early check-in and late check-out for a fee.

Please note that we are a small property and our cleaning team is working extra hard these days — thanks for your patience.

We do not allow pets but are happy to refer you to reputable and friendly pet boarding facilities in the area.

Luxury linens, including sheets and towels, are included in each room. Full kitchens include cooking essentials and plateware. Don’t worry — we’ve made sure each room has wine glasses and corkscrew!

Please bring your own toiletries.

Yes, based on availability. Check our booking page prior to 3pm day of, or call us at 276-525-5652 and we can check availability.

You will receive an automated text message the day before your arrival with your room number and unique door code. This code will also operate all of the common doors at Brinkwaters.

Simply reply to your automatic confirmation text and a member of the Brinkwaters team will promptly respond.
